Be Playful. Be effective.

We teach you Italian through acting.

Students using acting to learn language skills

What's Play with Italian.?

Play with Italian is a playful way to learn a language.

We are language teachers and professional actors & we use acting games and exercises to get you talking and connecting in your new language.

You don't need any acting experience!

It's all just fun and games.

Why learn through play?

Our brain learns best when it's in play mode

and a language is learnt best through real social interactions.

You will improve your Italian,

Meet new people,

Build up your confidence and acting skills

Play like a child,

Release your stress and have fun.

“Play is the highest form of research.”

Your Italian teacher

Geoff_head_zoom.jpg

Ciao a tutti, I’m Geoff!

I come from Italian-speaking Switzerland and have taught foreign languages to different age groups offline and online.

I’ve realised that my favourite lessons include lots of games, playfulness and creativity.

Drama provides many opportunities to learn a new language.

After all, to learn a language you just need a voice, some imagination and a good sense of humour!

I am really excited to explore Italian, drama and Zoom’s multiple camera shots together with you!
